• The “Matchday Share” promotion is only open to existing players of Mellybet.GM who are aged 18 years and over and can view this promotion in the “Promotions” section of their account.
• Customers must hold a valid Mellybet account and comply with all applicable account verification requirements.
• This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
• This Promotion is only available on the Website and therefore access to the internet is required to enter the Promotion and to claim a prize.
• The promotion runs from 12 October 2026 to 18 October 2026.
• By taking part in this promotion, you hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Mechanics
• Participants must place a minimum 200 GMD stake on a sports multi-bet containing a minimum of 3 selections/matches.
• Each selection on the qualifying ticket must have minimum odds of 1.20.
• The qualifying ticket must be placed during the Promotion Period and must subsequently settle.
• A player may qualify with each qualifying ticket, subject to any applicable account or promotional limits displayed on the Website.
• Winning or losing the qualifying ticket does not determine eligibility, provided all promotional requirements have been met.
• Void, cancelled, cashed-out, refunded or otherwise non-settled tickets do not qualify unless expressly stated otherwise on the Promotion Page.
• Only bets placed through the Mellybet.GM Website and linked to the qualifying player’s valid account will count.
• Qualifying tickets are subject to normal sports betting rules, including applicable market, event and settlement rules.

Prize
• The total promotional prize pool is 100,000 GMD.
• All eligible qualifying participants will receive an allocated share of the 100,000 GMD prize pool, subject to the Promotion Mechanics and verification of eligibility.
• The promotional share will be credited after the qualifying ticket has settled and eligibility has been verified.
• The 100,000 GMD prize pool will be shared equally between all eligible qualifying participants.
• Equal share is calculated by dividing 100,000 GMD by the total number of eligible qualifying participants for the Promotion.
• The prize will be credited to the eligible player’s Mellybet account

General Terms & Conditions
• Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
• We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
• The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.
• Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Mellybet General Terms & Conditions.
• Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
• Players who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a player is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
• We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
• We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a player found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
• We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
• We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
• We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players.
• In the event of a technical failure, system error or dispute concerning the promotion, Mellybet reserves the right to investigate and resolve the matter fairly and reasonably.
• Mellybets‘ decision regarding the promotion and winner selection will be final, subject to applicable law.
• Gambling should be treated as entertainment and not as a way to make money.
• Players should only gamble what they can afford to lose.
• Do not chase losses. Know your limits and play responsibly.
